Shipping Information
I offer worldwide shipping, and it’s included in all prices—there are no extra fees at checkout.
Each artwork is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives safely. I ship using trusted carriers and provide tracking details once your piece is on its way.
Delivery estimates:
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 1–3 weeks (depending on customs and destination)

Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks, except in the rare case of:
Shipping damage, or
Incorrect items received
If there is an issue, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging so I can help resolve the issue promptly.
For original, one-of-a-kind works, replacements are not possible, but I will issue a full refund if damage is confirmed.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided your item hasn’t already been shipped.
